Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited is a public limited company incorporated in Jersey, Channel Islands, under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended). It was originally admitted to the premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 15 June 2015 and is listed on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority. Following shareholder approval at the 2025 EGM held on 12 March 2025, the Group's new objective is to realise the value of its existing assets through a carefully managed portfolio realisation, resulting in a managed sell-down of the portfolio over time with a view to returning available cash to shareholders. The Group is primarily invested in the residential market in Berlin, supplemented with selective investments in commercial property, most of which is located within residential and mixed-use properties.
