QTREX Quantum announced that its proprietary printed coaxial quantum interconnect platform exceeded the RF performance requirements established by its strategic partners during qualification. The characterization measured continuous broadband transmission from 10 MHz through 20 GHz with no resonance, crosstalk suppression of at least 68 dB, average channel-to-channel skew of 4.4 picoseconds above 1 GHz, and group delay spread of just 2 picoseconds. QTREX Quantum clarified that its July 21, 2026 registration statement on Form F-1 is not a new issuance of ordinary shares or a new capital raise. The filing was made solely to fulfill pre-existing contractual obligations related to outstanding warrants from a February 5, 2026 securities purchase agreement. The company also noted it has since pivoted to quantum computing using AME technology acquired from Nano Dimension Ltd and raised an additional $10 million USD through a common-share-only deal at $1.5 per share from a leading hedge fund.
