Ring Energy Reports Higher Q2 Production, Raises 2026 Capex Plan
Ring Energy reported second-quarter sales volumes rose 3% sequentially to 19,990 barrels of oil equivalent per day, while revenue reached approximately $104.7 million as realized pricing increased 36% to $57.55 per BOE. The company used a $65 million equity offering to repay revolver borrowings, raising liquidity to about $226 million and reducing leverage to approximately 1.7 times. Ring raised its second-half 2026 capital spending plan to $80 million to $100 million and expects 2027 BOE sales to grow about 10% at the midpoint, despite reducing 2027 capital spending to $135 million to $165 million. Longer laterals, stacked-zone development and infrastructure investments are expected to lower future drilling and completion costs.
