Regional REIT Limited (Regional REIT or the Company) and its subsidiaries (the Group) form a United Kingdom-based real estate investment trust that launched in November 2015. It is managed by ESR Europe LSPIM Limited, the Investment Adviser, and ESR Europe Investment Management Limited, the AIFM. The Group's commercial property portfolio consists wholly of income-producing UK assets, predominantly offices in regional centres outside the M25 motorway. As at 31 December 2025, the portfolio comprised 112 properties, 1,146 units and 659 tenants, with a valuation of approximately £555.2 million. Regional REIT invests in, actively manages and disposes of regional Core and Core Plus property assets, aiming to deliver an attractive total return to shareholders with a strong focus on income supported by additional capital growth prospects. The firm was established and incorporated on 22 June 2015 in the United Kingdom.
