SA second-quarter profit jumps 73% on new project revenue recognition
Siam Asset Company Limited, or SA, reported second-quarter net profit for 2026 of 25.17 million baht, up 73.63% from the same period last year, with total revenue of 677.62 million baht, an increase of 20.48%. The main growth came from starting to recognise revenue from the Landmark At Grand Station project and gradually recognising revenue from the Landmark At MRTA Station project, as well as low-rise projects that continued to transfer ownership, pushing revenue from property sales and goods up 24.67%. Hotel business revenue rose 29.16% thanks to the recovery and expansion of the customer base at six hotels in the group, such as Wyndham Bangkok Queen Convention Center and Ramada Plaza Sukhumvit 48. Chief Operating Officer Montien Yingdamnun said the company will press ahead with its pricing strategy, expand its international customer base, especially Chinese, Middle Eastern and Indian customers, while retaining existing customers to build stable long-term growth.

SA Q2 2026 profit surges to 20 million baht
Siam Asset Company Limited reported a second-quarter 2026 net profit of 20 million baht, up from 6.2 million baht in the same quarter last year. For the first six months of 2026, net profit stood at 30.2 million baht, down from 93 million baht in the same period of 2025. Earnings per share this quarter were 0.007 baht, compared with a loss per share of 0.004 baht in the second quarter of 2025. The financial statements were reviewed by the auditor without qualification.
