Savannah Energy PLC is an energy company focused on the exploration, development, extraction, and production of natural gas and crude oil in Africa. Its flagship projects include the 250 MW Parc Eolien de la Tarka wind farm in the Tahoua Region of southern Niger and the 255 MW Bujagali hydropower plant in Uganda. The company also engages in power generation from solar and thermal sources, as well as gas marketing, processing, and distribution. It operates in Nigeria, Cameroon, and Niger. Formerly known as Savannah Petroleum Plc, it changed its name to Savannah Energy PLC in April 2020. The company was incorporated in 2014 and is headquartered in London, United Kingdom.
