Stroeer H1 2026 Earnings: Out-of-Home Strength Offsets Data Segment Decline

Stroeer SE & Co KGaA reported first-half 2026 revenue of EUR1,037 million, up from EUR980 million a year earlier, with organic growth accelerating to 2.7%. Adjusted EBITDA rose 3% to EUR273 million, adjusted EBIT increased 6% to EUR150 million, and adjusted net income climbed 7% to EUR56 million. The out-of-home media segment was the standout, with revenue up 8.1% organically to EUR492 million and digital out-of-home revenue surging 18.5% to EUR207 million, supported by programmatic demand and the FIFA World Cup. In contrast, the data as a service and e-commerce segment saw revenue fall 11.2% to EUR156 million and adjusted EBITDA drop 43% to EUR11.4 million. Net debt increased to EUR996 million, and the bank leverage ratio rose to 2.6 times from 2.47 times a year earlier. Management confirmed full-year 2026 guidance and expects mid-single-digit growth in out-of-home media for the third quarter.
