SFS Group to Acquire Heartland Precision Fasteners, Entering North American Aerospace Market

Swiss fastening company SFS Group AG announced it is acquiring U.S.-based aerospace fastening specialist Heartland Precision Fasteners, Inc. The purchase price has been agreed to be confidential. Through the acquisition, SFS is entering the aerospace market in North America. Heartland, founded in 1994, has around 70 employees and generated roughly $30 million in sales in 2025. The deal is expected to close by the end of September, subject to approval, after which Heartland will be integrated into the Industrial Business Unit of the Engineered Components segment, with its employees retained and existing management handling business development.
