Its offerings include accessories, biological indicators, digital ventures, isolators, cleanroom and laminar flow equipment, particle counters, personal protective equipment, safety workbenches, transfer systems, and fume cupboards, along with digital solutions, lifecycle support, laboratory services, and SKAN labs. Formerly known as BV Holding AG, the company changed its name to SKAN Group AG in October 2021; it was founded in 1968 and is headquartered in Allschwil, Switzerland.

SKAN Group H1 2026 Earnings: Order Intake Surges 16.3%

SKAN Group AG reported first-half 2026 results with order intake up 16.3% year-on-year to CHF247.6 million and order backlog rising 27.8% to CHF442 million. Net sales grew 22.2% to CHF164.5 million, with organic growth of 13.3%, while EBITDA improved to CHF15.3 million from CHF0.9 million, lifting the margin from 0.7% to 9.3%. The Service & Consumables segment drove much of the momentum, with order intake up almost 55% to CHF81.2 million and net sales up 47.2% to CHF64.6 million, now representing 39.3% of group net sales. Management confirmed full-year 2026 guidance, citing a strong order backlog and a second-half weighting in project and service revenue as key drivers for expected acceleration.
