Sensus Healthcare targets $250,000 average selling price after Q2 revenue miss

Sensus Healthcare reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.3 million, down from $7.3 million a year earlier, after third-party financing delays pushed 8 units into the third quarter. The company sold 11 units in the quarter versus 19 in the prior-year period, and posted a net loss of $8.7 million, or $0.53 per share, including a $5.7 million valuation allowance against net deferred tax assets. Management said the delayed units have since been approved and will be recognized in Q3, and that it will no longer work with the bank involved. The company expects an average selling price closer to $250,000, and reiterated confidence that the second half of 2026 will be stronger than the first, with management affirming expectations of 20-plus units in each of Q3 and Q4. Gross margin fell to 34.8% from 39.7%, and adjusted EBITDA was negative $3 million, while cash stood at $15.2 million with no outstanding borrowings.
