Stonehenge Inter Public Company Limited (STI) has been entrusted by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration to serve as the management and construction supervision consultant for the Central Hospital Medical Center and the Medical Department Office Building project. This large-scale project has a total construction value of approximately 4,000 million baht. It is one of Bangkok's key public health infrastructure projects, comprising a 21-story building with 4 basement levels, a total usable area of over 126,000 square meters, supporting advanced tertiary medical services, and parking for no fewer than 600 cars. Mr. Kittisak Supakwat, Chief Operating Officer of STI's Construction Management and Supervision Division, stated that the company has experience overseeing more than 25 projects in the Healthcare & Wellness group and is ready to apply its knowledge and technology to control quality, schedule, and construction standards to ensure the project's successful completion.

Asian Engineering Consultants Company Limited, or AEC, part of Stonehenge Inter Public Company Limited, signed a contract on 22 July 2026 to act as construction supervision consultant for the Dark Red Line suburban railway extension from Rangsit to Thammasat University Rangsit Campus. The project has a construction value of over 6.057 billion baht, covering a distance of 8.84 kilometres of at-grade railway, along with four new stations: Khlong Nueng Station, Bangkok University Station, Chiang Rak Station, and Thammasat University Rangsit Campus Station. Construction is expected to take approximately 36 months, with services anticipated to begin in 2029, enhancing travel efficiency between Pathum Thani and Bangkok and connecting to the Red Line suburban railway network.
