STV has appointed Justin Ramirez as vice president of mergers and acquisitions to lead strategic acquisitions as the firm accelerates growth in high-priority markets and services. Ramirez brings extensive experience advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions, most recently leading M&A at a major consultancy. He will focus on identifying and executing deals that deliver long-term enterprise value while preserving STV’s culture and client focus. STV continues to expand through targeted acquisitions, with recent deals in Northern California, Florida, Kentucky, Georgia, Texas, and Oklahoma.

STV has appointed Markus Weidner as its first chief technology officer, a newly created role aimed at accelerating digital and AI transformation across the firm. Weidner will lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, advance AI adoption, and scale digital delivery capabilities, reporting directly to CEO Greg Kelly. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in enterprise systems and digital delivery within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, most recently serving as chief innovation officer at a prominent Mid-Atlantic AEC firm. The appointment aligns with STV’s 2026–2028 Strategic Plan, which prioritizes leveraging advanced technologies to improve project performance and client outcomes.
