Surya Oil and Gas Corp. focuses on acquiring traditional oil and gas opportunities as well as energy transition materials. It also pursues mining opportunities in copper, lithium, gold, and other precious and rare earth metals. The company was formerly known as Cunningham Natural Resources Corp and changed its name to Surya Oil and Gas Corp. in July 2025. Based in Charleston, West Virginia, it has operated as a subsidiary of Aruna Holdings, LLC since July 1, 2025.
