SWI Capital Holding Ltd. is an investment conglomerate with holdings in digital infrastructure, real estate, financial institutions, and alternatives. Incorporated in 2024 and based in Singapore, it operates as an investment platform focused on real assets and alternative strategies. Formed through the 2025 merger of Stoneweg and Icona Capital, the Geneva-based SWI Group has two divisions: Stoneweg Real Assets (real estate, infrastructure, logistics, hospitality, offices, data centers, experiential ventures) and Icona Alternatives (private equity, venture capital, special situations, liquid strategies, private credit, sports & entertainment).
