Tactile Medical projects $360M-$366M 2026 revenue as airway clearance ordering normalizes in Q4

Tactile Systems Technology updated its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $360 million to $366 million, representing growth of approximately 9% to 11% year-over-year, while maintaining its adjusted EBITDA outlook at approximately $49 million to $51 million. The company reported second-quarter total revenue of $85.7 million, with lymphedema revenue of $73.6 million and airway clearance revenue of $12.1 million, the latter declining 7% year-over-year due to temporary inventory management dynamics among several large DME partners associated with the launch of its next-generation AffloVest system. Management expects these inventory dynamics to continue influencing ordering patterns through the third quarter, with purchasing activity beginning to normalize in the fourth quarter as partner inventory levels rebalance. The company also highlighted a new exclusive U.S. VA/DoD distribution agreement for ElastiMed's MyoSleeve, though the current guidance assumes no material revenue contribution from that product. Second-quarter net income was $7.8 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, with adjusted EBITDA of $11.4 million and a gross margin of 76.3%.
