Treasure Global's wholly owned subsidiary Tadaa Capital has acquired Cigar Secret, a premium lifestyle membership platform. The acquisition is part of Treasure Global's strategy to expand its AI-powered technology ecosystem into the premium lifestyle membership sector, aiming to build a scalable platform that enhances customer engagement and unlocks new revenue streams. Treasure Global plans to transfer Cigar Secret's membership application into an AI-powered lifestyle platform, targeting expansion to 20 outlets and over 20,000 active members by 2031, with annual revenue of approximately US$12 million by 2031 and cumulative revenue of approximately US$60 million from 2026 through 2031. The company also expects its existing ZCITY Super App, which has more than 2.7 million registered users, to support user acquisition for the premium platform. The move comes as the Asia-Pacific subscription economy generated an estimated US$111 billion in revenue in 2024 and is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 15.7% through 2033, while Southeast Asia's luxury market was estimated at approximately US$16 billion in 2024.
