Tharisa plc

Tharisa plc is an investment holding company involved in the mining, processing, sale, and logistics of platinum group metals (PGMs) and chrome concentrates. It operates in South Africa, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, and internationally through four segments: PGM, Chrome, Agency and Trading, and Manufacturing. The company sells PGM concentrates containing platinum, palladium, rhodium, gold, ruthenium, iridium, nickel, and copper, and produces metallurgical and specialty chrome concentrates. It also operates a third-party chrome plant, manufactures mining and mineral processing equipment, and owns and operates the Tharisa mine on the Bushveld Complex in South Africa. Incorporated in 2008, Tharisa plc is based in Paphos, Cyprus.
