Tenon Medical outlines sacropelvic launches after FDA clearance
Tenon Medical reported second quarter revenue of $1.3 million, up 127% year over year, and gross profit of $0.8 million, up 232%, while outlining a cadence of sacropelvic product launches over the next six to nine months. The company received FDA 510(k) clearance for its Catamaran SI Joint Fusion System on July 2, with updated instruments expected to improve margins beginning in Q3. Tenon also closed a public offering on July 1 for gross proceeds of $4.2 million, adding to its $1.7 million cash position at quarter end. Management did not provide formal guidance but said an enhanced SImmetry+ system will become clinically active in Q3 and a novel posterior technology is being prepared for FDA submission.
