Truecaller repurchases 3.97 million B shares in week 25, halts buybacks ahead of Q2 report
Truecaller repurchased 3,972,108 own B shares during week 25 of 2026, corresponding to 1.18% of outstanding capital, and has now halted buybacks ahead of its second-quarter interim report on July 17. The repurchases were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie at a weighted average price of 12.60 SEK per share, for a total transaction value of 50,053,774 SEK. Following the acquisitions, Truecaller holds 11,822,108 B shares and 2,089,498 C shares, representing 4.12% of outstanding capital. The buybacks are part of a program announced on June 15, 2026, authorized by the 2026 AGM to repurchase up to 10% of outstanding shares until the 2027 AGM.
