SEC Charges Six Individuals Linked to Holdstation-UNO, Blocks Access from Oct 1
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed charges against six individuals and entities involved with the Holdstation and UNO applications with the Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECD) for operating an unauthorized digital asset brokerage business. It has also notified the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DE Ministry) to block access to these platforms starting October 1, 2026. The accused include Mr. Hoai Nam, Mr. Trung Banh, Mr. Trung Huynh, Mr. John Palmer, Tools for Humanity Corporation (TFH), and Mr. Alex Blania. TFH is accused of aiding or facilitating UNO in conducting unauthorized business, and Mr. Alex Blania, as CEO of TFH, is held liable under Section 94 of the Digital Asset Decree. The SEC warns investors using Holdstation and UNO to manage their assets before the block takes effect and to verify the list of licensed operators via SEC Check First.
