USA Compression Partners, LP provides natural gas compression services in the United States. The company offers compression services to oil companies and independent producers, processors, gatherers, and transporters of natural gas and crude oil, as well as for infrastructure applications, including centralized natural gas gathering systems and processing facilities, and gas lift applications in crude oil wells. It also owns and operates a fleet of equipment to offer natural gas treating services, such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide removal, as well as natural gas cooling and dehydration to natural gas producers and midstream companies. As of December 31, 2025, the company has 3.9 million horsepower in its fleet. USA Compression Partners, LP was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

USA Compression Partners beats Q2 earnings and revenue estimates

USA Compression Partners reported second-quarter 2026 adjusted net profit of 31 cents per common unit, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 24 cents and up from 22 cents a year ago. Revenues rose 36.8% to $342.1 million, edging past the consensus by 0.7%, driven by a 34% jump in contract operations revenues to $304.9 million and parts and service revenues of $22.1 million. Adjusted EBITDA climbed 29.2% to $193.2 million, distributable cash flow reached $125.3 million, and net income was $45.7 million. The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook, expecting adjusted EBITDA between $770 million and $800 million and distributable cash flow of $480 million to $510 million.

Energy Transfer, Sunoco, SunocoCorp, and USA Compression Partners Announce Redomiciliation to Texas

Energy Transfer LP, Sunoco LP, SunocoCorp LLC, and USA Compression Partners LP jointly announced that each will change its state of formation from Delaware to Texas. The redomiciliations will be effective in both states as of 12:01 a.m. Central Time on July 6, 2026, but for market purposes under NYSE guidelines they will be considered effective on July 13, 2026. The CUSIPs and NYSE ticker symbols for the registered securities of all four entities will remain unchanged, and the economic and governance rights of unitholders will be preserved in the organizational documents of each converting entity.
