Value Line's Fiscal 2026 Net Income Rises to $2.30 Per Share

Value Line reported fiscal 2026 net income of $2.30 per share, up from $2.20 per share in fiscal 2025. Total publishing revenues declined 4.7% to $33.4 million, while income from operations fell 32.6% to $4 million. Non-voting revenues and profits from EULAV Asset Management Trust increased 3.6% to $19 million, and investment gains nearly doubled to $6.4 million, helping offset weaker operating income. The company's share of EAM revenues and profits rose despite a 20.4% decline in total assets managed or distributed by EAM to $3.7 billion. Value Line also repurchased 24,810 shares for $0.9 million and declared a quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share.
