Venu Holding Corporation is an entertainment and hospitality company that designs, develops, owns, and operates upscale music venues, multi-season amphitheaters, and full-service restaurants and bars in the United States. Its venues include indoor music halls under the Bourbon Brothers Presents name, multi-seasonal amphitheaters under The Sunset Amphitheater name, restaurants under the Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern, Notes Eatery, Roth's Seafood & Chophouse, and Notes Hospitality Collection names, and bars under the Brohan's name. The company also hosts events, operates outdoor amphitheaters, and rents event space. Formerly known as Notes Live, Inc., it changed its name to Venu Holding Corporation in September 2024, was incorporated in 2017, and is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Venu Holding secures $25 million financing for Oklahoma amphitheater project

Venu Holding has secured $25 million in financing to fund construction of its 12,500-seat Regent Bank Amphitheater near Tulsa, Oklahoma. The company received $12.5 million at closing, with the remaining $12.5 million expected after certain closing conditions are met. The financing, provided through a secured convertible debenture, is expected to fund construction until Venu Holding closes its previously announced C-PACE financing in the third quarter of 2026. The amphitheater is expected to be completed in fall 2026, and the company expects to repay the debenture in cash. CEO J.W. Roth said the financing supports construction while following the company's disciplined capital strategy aimed at protecting shareholder value.

VENU hits record $11.3M gross sales in June

Venu Holding Corporation generated approximately $29.8 million in gross sales and commitments during the first full quarter of its national Luxe FireSuite and Aikman Club ownership campaign, with a monthly record of $11.3 million in June. Total sales for VENU’s ownership programs have now surpassed $278 million. Management expects July sales to surpass June's record pace as construction approaches key delivery dates. The capital raised will primarily fund the completion of the Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, scheduled for a Fall 2026 opening, and the Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney, Texas, slated for the first quarter of 2027. Founder, Chairman, and CEO J.W. Roth stated that at the current build rate, VENU expects to hit $1 billion in net tangible assets on a mark-to-market basis over the next 12 months, setting a clear path toward operational profitability for the venue portfolio by fiscal year 2027.
