Vinci Compass Reports Strong Q2 Fees and Acquires Navi Real Estate Platform
Vinci Compass Investments Ltd. reported second quarter 2026 results on August 11, unveiling its next acquisition target and continuing its growth through deals in Latin America's alternative asset industry. The Rio de Janeiro-based firm generated R$88.7 million in fee-related earnings, up 36% year-over-year, or R$1.35 per common share, with R$13 billion in capital formation and appreciation. Adjusted distributable earnings reached R$63.3 million, or R$0.96 per share, supporting a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share for holders of record as of August 25. The company also closed its combination with BACS Asset Management in Argentina and agreed to acquire Navi's Real Estate platform, which held roughly R$800 million in assets under management and closed ahead of schedule on September 1. CEO Alessandro Horta framed the deal as part of a broader push to consolidate high-quality platforms across the region, though integration risks remain as the firm folds in multiple new businesses.
