Vivos Therapeutics and Streeterville Capital have extended their strategic financing agreement through August 31, 2026, with Streeterville reaffirming its commitment to convert up to $4.5 million of outstanding debt into a combination of perpetual, non-convertible preferred stock and common stock. The extension follows Vivos' determination that the original June 15 deadline was too short to complete its planned equity raise in an organized manner. Under the terms, the conversion will begin once Vivos raises $2.6 million and will continue up to the $4.5 million maximum. The extended timeframe is intended to allow the company to raise the needed equity and to permit a previously announced rights offering to commence during that period. Vivos Chairman and CEO R. Kirk Huntsman expressed gratitude for Streeterville's cooperation, noting the extra time will support the company's new strategic business model and help maintain compliance with Nasdaq listing standards.
