VisionWave Holdings has filed a provisional patent application for GhostSight, a hybrid passive radar architecture that uses intelligent cooperative illumination. The application, number 64/111,834, was filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and covers a system designed to combine environmental RF signals with VisionWave-controlled cooperative illuminator nodes to enhance detection, tracking, and classification across defense, security, and critical-infrastructure environments. GhostSight is intended to support both long-range awareness and short-range small-object detection, using AI and machine learning fusion to reduce false detections and place objects on a live operational map. Potential applications include military-base protection, counter-drone operations, border surveillance, and maritime monitoring.

VisionWave Holdings shares soared 100% on Tuesday after the company announced a definitive agreement to acquire a 51% controlling interest in privately held Israeli aerospace and defence company Meteor Aerospace Ltd. The transaction values Meteor Aerospace at a pre-money equity valuation of $40 million, with VisionWave planning to acquire the controlling stake by issuing common stock valued at approximately $20.4 million. Closing is conditional on several requirements, including successful flight validation of Meteor's Impact-700 unmanned aerial platform and completion of legal, financial and technical due diligence. Meteor Aerospace was founded by Itzhak Nissan, former President and CEO of Israel Aerospace Industries, and has developed a portfolio of defence technologies spanning tactical and strategic unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned ground vehicles, unmanned surface vessels, long-range precision loitering munitions, electronic warfare and SIGINT technologies, along with command-and-control systems. Following completion, VisionWave expects to appoint a majority of Meteor Aerospace's board and integrate its technologies, with Itzhak Nissan remaining as Chief Technology Director.

SaverOne and VisionWave have completed all stages of their strategic transaction, bringing the total consideration received by SaverOne to approximately $7 million in VisionWave shares. The deal deepens the companies' collaboration on RF-based detection, sensing, and locating solutions for defense, homeland security, and critical infrastructure markets. Recent demonstrations of SaverOne's RF sensing technology showed capabilities in detecting wireless signals in limited-visibility and non-line-of-sight scenarios, which the companies believe can complement conventional systems for applications like counter-drone detection and infrastructure protection. SaverOne CEO Ori Gilboa stated the partnership is central to the company's expansion into these markets, while VisionWave Executive Chairman Douglas Davis called the transaction an important milestone in building an integrated sensing and autonomy platform.

VisionWave Holdings unveiled its TALON Tactical Autonomous Aerial System and D-FLY Autonomous Intercept Platform at the Eurosatory 2026 defense exhibition in Paris. The UK-manufactured systems are the latest additions to the company's STRATUM autonomous operations architecture, which also includes the CAEAN AI-enabled sensing platform and the VARAN autonomous ground vehicle. TALON is designed for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, communications relay, and payload delivery missions, while D-FLY is a rapid-response interceptor for countering hostile drones. Executive Chairman Douglas Davis said the demonstration of multiple platforms operating within a common ecosystem marks the first time VisionWave has publicly shown integrated air and ground autonomous defense technologies.

The company currently reports no revenue and a net loss of $26.16 million, making asset-based measures more relevant than earnings multiples.
