Beyond Air, Inc. is a commercial-stage medical device and biopharmaceutical company operating through Beyond Air, Beyond Cancer, and NeuroNos segments. It offers LungFit PH for persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn and is developing LungFit PRO for viral lung infections such as viral community-acquired pneumonia, including COVID-19 and bronchiolitis in hospitalized patients, and LungFit GO for nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM). The company also develops ultra-high concentration NO (UNO) in a Phase 1 clinical trial for solid tumors and a selective neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) inhibitor for neurological conditions. It collaborates with the Yissum Research Development Company of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, LTD to acquire commercial rights for neuronal nitric oxide synthase inhibitors to treat autism spectrum disorder and other neurological conditions. Formerly known as AIT Therapeutics, Inc., it changed its name to Beyond Air, Inc. in June 2019, was founded in 2011, and is headquartered in Garden City, New York.

Beyond Air reports 107% revenue growth, sets $16M-$18M 2027 guidance pending Gen 2 launch

Beyond Air reported fiscal year 2026 revenue of $7.7 million, a 107% increase driven by new hospital adoption and strong customer retention. The company posted a gross profit of $300,000 compared to a $1.7 million loss last year, while R&D and SG&A expenses fell 39% and 27% respectively following restructuring. Net loss narrowed to $33.2 million from $46.6 million. Management provided first-time calendar year 2026 revenue guidance of $8 million and calendar year 2027 guidance of $16 million to $18 million, assuming FDA approval and commercial launch of the second-generation LungFit PH system. The Gen 2 device, if approved, is expected to expand the U.S. addressable market four-fold to approximately $400 million by adding transport capability. The company also announced a 1-for-20 reverse stock split to regain Nasdaq compliance by July 31, 2026.
