XBIO appoints Amnat Lertprasertwong as new CEO, effective 1 August
Exbio Science, or XBIO, has undertaken a major management restructuring, acknowledging the resignation of Miss Saowanee Khao-ubon from the position of Acting Chief Executive Officer and other roles, effective 31 July 2026. The company has appointed Mr. Amnat Lertprasertwong as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1 August 2026 onwards. In addition, the board has appointed Miss Ramjai Sriprommin as Company Secretary and reshuffled the executive committee, with Miss Ramjai Sriprommin also serving as Chief Financial Officer. Miss Saowanee remains a director and executive director of the company.
