Solitario Resources Corp. is an exploration-stage company focused on acquiring and exploring precious metal, zinc, and other base metal properties in North and South America. It also explores for gold deposits. The company holds a 100% interest in the Golden Crest gold project, covering approximately 33,000 acres of mining claims in Lawrence County, western South Dakota, and an 85% interest in the Chambara project, comprising 12 concessions over approximately 9,880 hectares in Peru. It also holds a 100% interest in the Cat Creek project in south-central Colorado and the Bright Angel Gold-Copper Project in north-central Colorado. Formerly known as Solitario Zinc Corp., it changed its name to Solitario Resources Corp. in July 2023. Incorporated in 1984, the company is based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
