Simply Wall St has maintained its fair value estimate for Zedge at US$6.00 per share, unchanged from the prior level, while significantly revising the underlying model assumptions. The updated model now assumes revenue growth of 174.18%, up from 53.22%, but a lower net profit margin of 15.97%, down from 25.65%. The future price-to-earnings multiple used in the valuation increased to 18.98 times from 10.46 times, and the discount rate edged down to 8.63% from 8.70%. The report also notes that larger digital media peers like Ziff Davis have received higher price targets from firms including Susquehanna, Evercore ISI, RBC Capital, and Barclays, though smaller platforms such as Zedge may attract less frequent formal coverage.
