The company also owns a 100% interest in the Albany graphite project in Northern Ontario, Canada. Formerly known as ZEN Graphene Solutions Ltd., it changed its name to Zentek Ltd. in October 2021. Incorporated in 2008, it is headquartered in Guelph, Canada.

Zentek Approved for OTCQX Trading as Nasdaq Suspension Looms

Zentek Ltd. announced that its common shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQX Best Market, the highest tier of the OTC Markets, and will begin trading under the symbol ZTEKF at the open on September 2, 2026. Trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market is expected to be suspended the same day, and the company intends to request a hearing to appeal the delisting determination, though the appeal will not stay the suspension. The company's shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ZEN, which remains its primary listing and is unaffected. Zentek, a Canadian intellectual property development and commercialization company focused on graphene-enabled technologies, said the transition is not expected to materially impact its business or operations.
