日本郵船、NSユナイテッド海運を1株1万0600円でTOB 総額1206億円
日本郵船は31日、持分法適用会社のNSユナイテッド海運を株式公開買い付けで連結子会社化すると発表した。1株1万0600円で買い付け、保有比率を現在の18.55%から83.33%に引き上げ、買付総額は1206億円となる。非公開化後も筆頭株主の日本製鉄が16.67%を保有し続ける。
