Adobe is facing increasing competition from hyperscalers and other AI companies offering artificial intelligence-powered tools, according to BNP Paribas. Analysts from the bank attended Adobe's Summit Conference in London and noted that some partners are seeing more demand for customers looking to use hyperscaler tools, especially those from Google, for everything from creating content to launching campaigns. Partners indicated that while Adobe is well entrenched with some enterprise customers, more competition is appearing at every layer of the process, increasing switching or displacement risk, with competitors including Bloomreach's Loomi AI. AI sovereignty is also becoming a bigger issue, particularly in Europe, as companies look to limit dependence on large AI labs and US apps by using open solutions like Nvidia's NemoClaw, which wraps enterprise guardrails around OpenClaw.
