Accommodation searches from China for Vietnam jumped 164% year-on-year in the first five months of 2026, the fastest growth among the top ten inbound markets tracked by digital travel platform Agoda. Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Poland rounded out the top five fastest-growing markets, with search increases of 86%, 82%, 65%, and 63% respectively. All ten markets recorded year-on-year growth, with India, Qatar, Myanmar, Malaysia, and New Zealand also posting gains. Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City remained the most-searched destinations across most markets, while Phu Quoc ranked first for travelers from India and Poland.
