Agoda has launched a suite of new features including real-time flight notifications, an AI-powered hotel review-image pairing tool, and a multi-product booking engine. Travelers booking flights on iOS and Android will now receive automatic updates on flight status, gate and terminal information, check-in counters, and baggage carousels, averaging two to three notifications per booking. The hotel side gains Gallery View on iOS for photo-forward browsing and an AI feature that pairs hotel images with relevant guest reviews. Language support for flight-related chat queries has been expanded to include Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, and five additional languages for Hong Kong-based users. The multi-product booking engine now allows booking hotels, flights, and activities in a single transaction, consolidated in the 'My Trips' section.
