The transactions, executed between July 13 and July 17, 2026, totaled 18,212,040 kroner at an average price ranging from 599.37 to 613.15 kroner per share. Since the program began on March 2, 2026, the bank has accumulated 917,000 shares for a total transaction value of 490,811,690 kroner. The buyback, which aims to reduce the company's share capital, is being carried out by Danske Bank A/S on behalf of AL Sydbank A/S under EU Safe Harbour regulations. Following the latest purchases, AL Sydbank A/S holds 918,569 treasury shares, representing 1.04 percent of its share capital.
