Alphabet reported fourth-quarter results that showed Google Cloud revenue accelerating to 82% year-over-year growth, reaching $24.77 billion, marking the fourth consecutive quarter of faster expansion from a base of 34% growth four quarters ago. Nearly 90% of Fortune 100 companies are now using Gemini Enterprise, and Gemini API traffic hit 22 billion tokens per minute, up from 7 billion three quarters earlier. Total revenue rose 24.23% to $119.80 billion, while operating income climbed 30.38% to $40.77 billion with margins expanding to 34%. Free cash flow turned negative at negative $5.86 billion as capital expenditures surged to $44.92 billion for the quarter, with full-year fiscal 2026 capex guided to $175 billion to $185 billion, though operating cash flow still increased 41% to $39.07 billion. The company raised its dividend 5% to $0.22 per share and held $55.91 billion in cash against a backlog above $460 billion.
