ASML Holding is expected to report second-quarter revenue of $10.11 billion, a 31.5% increase from a year earlier, when it releases results on Wednesday. Earnings per share are forecast at $7.85. The Dutch chip equipment maker, the biggest supplier of tools for advanced AI chips, is benefiting as memory makers SK Hynix, Samsung, and Micron expand capacity, while top customer TSMC and Intel's foundry business also add demand. ASML shares have risen nearly 65% this year, trailing the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index's 78% gain, while peers Applied Materials, Lam Research, and KLA Corp. have each gained more than 90%.
