ASSA ABLOY AB ser. BAssa Abloy has acquired Classic Brass Inc, an American manufacturer of premium cabinet and door hardware. The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed. Classic Brass, founded in 1996, has around 80 employees and is based in Jamestown, New York.
