Ast Spacemobile IncSuccessful launch of three new BlueBird satellites expands constellation and improves data speeds, advancing commercialization.

AST SpaceMobile successfully launched its BlueBirds 8, 9, and 10 satellites from Cape Canaveral aboard a Falcon 9 rocket on June 17. The satellites, each measuring about 2,400 square feet, are designed to deliver nearly double the peak data speeds of the first Block 1 BlueBird satellites and expand the company's direct-to-device broadband constellation that connects standard smartphones without extra hardware. The launch follows AST SpaceMobile's first-quarter 2026 revenue of $14.7 million, up from $718,000 a year earlier, driven by gateway deliveries and milestone achievements. The deployment keeps the company's commercialization path tied to actual satellite progress rather than only future network targets.
