Astrotech Corporation has expanded its Board of Directors from five to six members and appointed Matt Kreps as a director. Mr. Kreps brings extensive financial and capital markets experience, having served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. and as Managing Director at Darrow Associates Investor Relations since 2016. Chairman and CEO Thomas B. Pickens III stated that Mr. Kreps' background in equity capital markets and institutional investor relationships will help communicate strategy, expand the shareholder base, and enhance long-term engagement. Mr. Kreps said he looks forward to supporting the company's strategic objectives as it advances its lunar resource development initiatives.
