Autohome Inc. announced that all proposed resolutions were adopted at its 2025 annual general meeting held in Beijing. A special resolution was passed to amend and restate the company's memorandum and articles of association, replacing the seventh version with the eighth. Ordinary resolutions were also adopted to re-elect Chi Liu, Haishan Liang, Cuimei Zhang, Shenglei Zhou, and Xing Fang as directors, and to authorize each director to take necessary actions to implement the resolutions.
