Banpu Public Company Limited reported first-half 2026 results with total sales revenue of 2,778 million US dollars, equivalent to 89,222 million baht. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation were 596 million US dollars, and net profit from operations was 61 million US dollars, supported by higher natural gas sales volumes in the United States and rising global coal prices. The amalgamation with Banpu Power Public Company Limited was completed on 31 July 2026, and BANPU shares began trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 4 August 2026. The integrated natural gas business in the United States recorded sales of 172 billion cubic feet, up from the previous year. The modern mining business sold a total of 18 million tonnes of coal. The power and related business had renewable energy capacity of 1,011 megawatts. The future energy technology business provided Net Zero advisory services to Thai Airport Ground Aviation Services Company Limited. The company also announced an interim dividend of 0.40 baht per share.
