Bavarian Nordic has disclosed new transactions under its ongoing share buy-back program, which runs from June 2 to July 10, 2026, with a total authorization of up to 150 million Danish kroner. Since the last update on June 22, the company repurchased 130,146 shares at an average price of 176.10 kroner, bringing the total accumulated under the program to 462,119 shares at an average price of 179.70 kroner, for a total transaction value of 83,044,793 kroner. Following these purchases, Bavarian Nordic holds 3,200,103 treasury shares, representing 4.04% of its share capital. The buy-back is being executed by Nordea on behalf of the company in accordance with the Safe Harbour Regulation.
