MicroStrategy IncorporatedAnalyst reiterates Buy rating and $570 price target, implying over 400% upside.

Benchmark Equity Research analyst Mark Palmer reiterated a Buy rating and $570 price target on Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, implying more than 400% upside from the June 22 close of $109.46. The call came the same day Strategy disclosed it bought 520 Bitcoin for $35 million, sold $335.5 million worth of MSTR shares, and grew its U.S. dollar reserve by $300 million to $1.4 billion. Palmer addressed concerns around Strategy’s perpetual preferred stock, Stretch, which pays 11.50% annual dividends and recently hit a record low of $82.53, dismissing comparisons to the TerraUSD collapse and describing the move as a market-driven reset of required yield rather than a depeg. He argued the recent selloff in both MSTR and STRC represents a stress test of Strategy’s funding model, not a structural breakdown.
