Bernstein raised its price target on Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing to NT$3,300, citing a potential massive opportunity in CPUs that could become the company's next serious growth engine alongside GPUs in the AI buildout. The firm sees annual CPU revenue potentially reaching the high-$30 billion range in 2027. TSMC's July revenue hit NT$467.58 billion, surging 44.7% year over year, and revenue through July reached NT$2.872 trillion, up 37% from a year earlier. TSMC shares rose roughly 1.3% on Tuesday but traded at $420.71, a 32.91% premium above a GF Value estimate of $316.54.
