BioAge Labs reported a wider second-quarter net loss of $26.09 million, or $0.58 per share, compared with a loss of $21.56 million, or $0.60 per share, a year earlier. Collaboration revenue edged up to $2.45 million from $2.41 million. The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company expects topline data from the Phase 2 QUELL-CV trial of its lead candidate BGE-102 in the second half of 2026, and plans to initiate the Phase 1b/2a QUELL-DME trial in diabetic macular edema in mid-2026 with data anticipated in mid-2027. BioAge also intends to file its first Investigational New Drug application for an APJ program by year-end 2026. As of June 30, 2026, the company held approximately $381.3 million in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities, which it estimates will fund operations through 2029.
