Strategy disclosed it sold 1,690 Bitcoin for a total of $109 million, while raising an additional $653.1 million through the sale of 6.69 million common shares. The proceeds will be used to repurchase 1.15 million preferred shares. This marks the company's fifth sale this year, leaving it with 840,447 Bitcoin. Meanwhile, Bitcoin miner Riot signed a $9 billion deal with Anthropic to provide AI computing power over 20 years, offsetting losses from its mining business and sending Riot shares up nearly 25% in after-hours trading. Ether fell 2.8% to $1,873.81, and XRP dropped 2.6%.
