BlackRock IncCEO Fink's positive comments on crypto and markets may boost sentiment for BlackRock's crypto-related products and overall business outlook.

BlackRock CEO Larry Fink declared that the leverage-driven washout in crypto markets has ended, telling CNBC that Bitcoin now shows more stability at current levels. Fink noted that excessive leverage among crypto players had to be flushed out, and the selloff that erased roughly $2 trillion from the market this year has accomplished that. His comments came as US spot Bitcoin ETF flows turned positive in July after a record $4.5 billion in net outflows in June, with daily inflows of $80 million to $260 million helping Bitcoin climb from under $58,000 to near $65,000. BlackRock's own IBIT fund saw holdings stabilize around 730,000 BTC after shedding roughly 90,000 BTC from a mid-May peak near 823,000 BTC. Fink's broader bullish outlook for markets over the next 12 months is tied to a technological revolution in margins, and he also predicted a futures market for computing power to finance AI infrastructure.
