The Boeing CompanyReduced technical challenges and improved hiring, but program remains three years behind schedule with interior and wiring work still needed.

Boeing has reduced some technical challenges on the two jets that will serve as Air Force One, according to a Government Accountability Office assessment, but the program remains three years behind its original delivery schedule. The company improved the environmental control system, cabin pressure issues, and hiring of qualified mechanics, and expects to deliver the first modified jet by 2028. However, final interior designs, wiring, installation, and structural defect repairs are still needed, with stress corrosion crack repairs expected to finish this year. Citi analyst John Godyn recently assigned a Buy rating to Boeing with a $260 price target, implying a 14.7% upside.
